Welcome to GoBubble AI tech Limited’s T/A Freedom2hear (“Freedom2hear”) terms of use, doing business as “Freedom2hear”, “GoBubble Family”, “GoBubble Community”, or “GoBubble Enterprise”.

These terms of use set out the requirements for all Freedom2hear users when interacting with our online properties, including websites, blogs, and mobile applications (“App”). These terms govern your use of Freedom2hear’s products and services, such as but not limited to GoBubble Family, GoBubble Community, or GoBubble Enterprise (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Services designed to enhance your online experiences

Freedom2hear’s GoBubble Family, GoBubble Community, and GoBubble Enterprise products are designed to reduce your exposure to disfavored online content, particularly on social media.

While we aim to mute or filter inappropriate content, no solution can guarantee complete protection. If you do not wish to receive any such content, please do not use our Services and avoid online interactions.

Before using our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Will these terms of use ever change?

As we improve our Services, we may update these terms. If we make changes, we will notify you via email, website notices, or other means. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Services. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or restrict access at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes that may adversely affect you.

Your responsibilities & warranties

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
• If under 13 years old (USA), Verifiable Parental Consent is required.
• If under 16 years old (UK/EU), parental consent is required.
• You provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• If using the Services on behalf of an entity, you have the legal authority to agree to these terms.
• If submitting personal data of third parties, you have obtained their consent.

Use by children

We comply with COPPA (USA) and GDPR (UK/EU) to protect children’s data. If you are an entity (e.g., school, club, association) using our Services for minors, you must obtain parental consent before allowing minors to use the Services.

If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

We take privacy seriously. Our privacy policy explains our data collection practices and compliance with GDPR and COPPA.

We use Standard Contractual Clauses to lawfully transfer EU/UK residents’ personal data to the USA for processing.

Fees & payment

• You or the entity that established your account agrees to pay applicable fees.
• We may introduce additional paid features in the future.
• Third-party services accessed through GoBubble Family, Community, or Enterprise may have additional terms and charges.

Registration & security

To use our Services, you may need to register with a password and valid email. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Not use another person’s name or email to impersonate them.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

Failure to comply may result in account termination.

Consent to receive messages

By using the Services, you agree to receive emails, SMS, and push notifications from Freedom2hear and your associated Family, Community, or Enterprise.

If you invite or add anyone to the Services, you confirm that they have consented to:

• Join the Services.
• Receive messages from Freedom2hear and other users.
• Share their personal data with Freedom2hear.

Content & copyright

You may use the Services only in compliance with our community guidelines.

• Do not post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive content.
• Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
• Do not use our Services to distribute spam or security threats.

If you violate these terms, we may remove content, suspend your account, or report your activity to law enforcement.

Reporting violations & copyright disputes

If you see someone violating these terms, report it to compliance@gobubble.com.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission, contact us via email. We comply with the DMCA (USA) and Canadian Copyright Act.

Third-party services

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or payment platforms accessed through GoBubble. Use at your own risk.

If you engage with third-party services, review their terms and privacy policies.

Warranty disclaimer

We provide the Services “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Content will be accurate or lawful.

We are not liable for damages caused by reliance on the Services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Freedom2hear is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages.
• Data loss or costs related to procurement of substitute services.
• Issues beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may disable or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Upon termination, you lose access to the Services, and your data will be deleted over time. Communications with others may still remain available to them.

Legal disputes

• Disputes must first be resolved informally by contacting compliance@gobubble.com.
• If unresolved within 30 days, a formal legal process may follow.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE.
• No class actions: You may only resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
