Connecting to GoBubble Freedom2Hear could not be easier. First, you need to ensure that you are a Moderator for the account you want protected

Note: Meta requires that any Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page to use the GoBubble Freedom2Hear service. The Facebook page does not have to be active or contain official names if you do not want an online presence.

Don't forget, if you are creating the page for this purpose, to give it a username!
It can even be hidden after we have completed the onboarding process.

Here's your step by step guide:

1. Select Facebook from the list provided:

2. Login to your account as normal:

3. Confirm that your details are correct and then select “Continue as….”

4. Select “Opt in to current businesses only” and select the relevant accounts from the list Meta provides followed by “Continue”

You will automatically be taken to the next stage to include Instagram. Don't forget, your Instagram account must be a professional account linked to the above page.

5. Select “Opt in to current Instagram accounts only” and select all the relevant Instagram accounts that require protection and select “Continue”

6. You will now be given the opportunity to review what you have just selected. If you are happy, select “Save”

7. You will now receive confirmation from Meta that you have connected to the GoBubble Community. If you click on “Got it”, you come out of the Meta experience and return to GoBubble.

5. Success Screen:

• After the permissions are granted, wait until a success screen will appear, confirming the Meta accounts are connected to Freedom2hear.

9. Fantastic! Your accounts are now connected to the Freedom2Hear service. Please contact our Client Services team so that they can verify that your protection is in place.

You Tube

Connecting your YouTube channel to freedom2hear could not be easier!

1. Select YouTube from the list:

• Choose YouTube from the provided list of platforms within Freedom2Hear.

2. Google’s Sign-In:

• You’ll be redirected to Google’s Sign-In page.

• Choose the Google account you want to connect to Freedom2Hear.

3. Permissions Flow:

• After signing in, you’ll be taken through Google’s permissions flow.

• Note: A warning may appear because the app is not yet verified by Google.

• Click on the Advanced button to expand more information.

• Click on Go to freedom2hear.com (unsafe) to proceed.

• You will see a list of permissions that GoBubble will have over their Google Account.  

4. Grant Permissions:

• Allow the necessary permissions, including the option to:

• See, edit, and permanently delete your YouTube videos, ratings, comments, and captions.

• Then, click Continue.

5. Success Screen:

• After the permissions are granted, wait until a success screen will appear, confirming the YouTube account is connected to Freedom2hear.

• To continue, click Go to Dashboard to return to the Freedom2hear dashboard.
