Connecting your social channels

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Connecting to Freedom2hear could not be easier.  

1. Please refer to the email sent to you from tech@gobubblehq.com with the subject line “Gobubble invitation to connect social media”. Click on the button “Connect Social Media”

2. Select Facebook and Instagram from the list provided:

3. Login to your Facebook account as normal:

4. Confirm that your details are correct and then select “Continue as….”

5.  Select “Opt in to current businesses only” and select the relevant accounts from the list Meta provides followed by “Continue”.

You will automatically be taken to the next stage to include Instagram. 

6. Select “Opt in to current Instagram accounts only” and select all the relevant Instagram accounts that require protection and select “Continue”

7. You will now be given the opportunity to review what you have just selected. If you are happy, select “Save”  

8. You will now receive confirmation from Meta that you have connected to the GoBubble Community. If you click on “Got it”, you come out of the Meta experience and return to GoBubble.

9. Success Screen: After the permissions are granted, wait until a success screen will appear, confirming the Meta accounts are connected to Freedom2hear.

10. Fantastic! Your accounts are now connected to the Freedom2Hear service. Please contact our Client Services team so that they can verify that your protection is in place.

YouTube

Connecting your YouTube channel to Freedom2hear could not be easier!

1. Send the request:

• First, send an email to care@gobubble.com saying that you would like to connect your YouTube account.

• After we receive your request, you will get an email from care@gobubble.com with a link to connect your YouTube account.

• Click the link in the email

2. Google’s Sign-In:

• You’ll be redirected to Google’s Sign-In page.

• Choose the Google account you want to connect to Freedom2Hear.

3. Permissions Flow:

• After signing in, you’ll be taken through Google’s permissions flow.

• Note: A warning may appear because the app is not yet verified by Google.

• Click on the Advanced button to expand more information.

• Click on Go to freedom2hear.com (unsafe) to proceed.

• You will see a list of permissions that GoBubble will have over their Google Account.  

4. Grant Permissions:

• Allow the necessary permissions, including the option to:

• See, edit, and permanently delete your YouTube videos, ratings, comments, and captions.

• Then, click Continue.

5. Success Screen:

• After the permissions are granted, a success screen will appear, confirming the YouTube account is connected to the GoBubble community.

• To continue, click Go to Dashboard to return to GoBubble.

Tik Tok

How to Connect Your TikTok Channel to Freedom2hear

1. First, send an email to care@gobubble.com saying that you would like to connect your TikTok account.

2. After we receive your request, you will get an email from care@gobubble.com with a link to connect your TikTok account.

3. Click the link in the email. You’ll be given two options to Log In:

Option 1: Use QR Code

1. Scan the QR code using your mobile device’s camera.

2. Confirm login or sign up

Option 2: Use Phone / Email / Username

1. Enter your account details (phone number, email, or username)

2. Once your credentials are entered correctly, click the red "Log In" button.

4. A "Logged In" message will appear at the top of your screen. Wait a few seconds.

5. The next step is to grant access and permissions to GoBubble. Click Continue and make sure all permissions are allowed in order to proceed.

6. You’ll then see a success screen confirming that your TikTok account has been successfully onboarded!
